Major upgrades of SIMS

Ashton Central has updated its IT infrastructure and software to process alarms. With the addition of four new Dell servers and a migration to SIMS III, Ashton is now equipped with extremely powerful tools to improve the management and processing of alarms.

With the help of an engineer from Security Information & Management Systems Inc., who came directly from Texas (United States), the Ashton Central's technical team was able to make the changes very efficiently in order to minimize the impacts on our customers.

These changes will allow operators to use the best tools for alarm processing in addition to facilitating the work of the staff who take care of data entry. With these changes, it will be possible for Ashton Central to develop and offer new tools to our customers.
